Well , tHe other day my friend got her hair chemically straightened & it was gorgeous.
But sooner or later it started becoming wavy again.
I would suggest doing Some reearch on it and finding out everything as you possibly an bout it b4 you do it.
Because now her hair looks really damaged and its not even pretty..>.<

Do not, i repeat, DO NOT. chemically straighten your hair. It will only damage your hair in the long run. Get your hair hair treated with a KERATIN COMPLEX. My ferritin level was a 21 and after taking a 30 day supply...my ferritin level was raised to a 56...The Doctor was amazed and wanted to know how I did it!! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants results soon!!

I've been taking Hema-Plex for 3 weeks now and I can already feel a difference in my energy level. I have had anemia for almost 2 years. Also, I had some "pica" issues due to my very low iron: addiction to crunching ice, frozen raspberries and a need to crunch strong mints. Weird, I know, but I had this issue for more than a year and a half. Now, within only 3 weeks there is a marked diminishing of the pica symptoms and I'd guess my iron numbers are up considerably. I'll have another test in a week, so I'll know then. Also, I haven't experienced any unpleasant side effects from Hema-Plex. Good stuff at a good price!

This is the only iron that has worked for me. I've been anemic for decades and have trouble with absorption. I also have colitis and iron is very hard on your stomach so I am extra sensitive to that. This product does not upset my digestion at all. I've tried liquid liver, every other form of iron, even iron-IV but when I discovered this product I have finally been able to live a normal life. A very helpful tip is to take it on an empty stomach (and at least 1 hour away from drinking tea).

I hate to say this, but I think you need to see a mental health specialist.

Also keep your questions to the point and not too long as most people are not going to read a lot of babble.

I take iron, I’ve always been anemic. If won’t affect your other pregnancies. Just continue to take iron pills daily to build it back up.

This is the easiest iron pill to take! First I was taking ferrous sulfate and it gave me cluster headaches - took a while to make that connection. Then I tried ferrous gluconate, which gave me a stomach ache and made me burp all day - sheesh! Ferro-Sequels hardly give me any reaction. So glad to have found them.

My doctor recently discovered I have iron-deficiency anemia. Who knew?! She put me on ferrous sulfate 325 mg 3 x a day. I don't know about you, but I am unwilling to spend the rest of my life being on a pill that upsets my stomach and constipates me. So I looked for an alternative treatment... found Ferro-Sequels at my local Walgreens and asked the pharmacist how many I'd have to take per day to be the same as what the doctor wants me to take. Been taking these about four months now. I take 4 tablets a day (two in the a.m. and two in the p.m.). These are great because they are timed-release pills, easy to swallow with no after-taste, and they don't cause any stomach upset or constipation. Each pill (160 mg of Ferrous Fumarate) delivers 50 mg of ELEMENTAL IRON. Your body will absorb them better if you take them with orange juice (Vitamin C). Try not to take them with milk or caffeine as I read that will decrease the absorption. My military insurance won't cover these, but if you set up Amazon.com's repeat order system (sorry I can't recall what they call that), you will get them at a lower price, and you don't have to remember to re-order, and you can skip a monthly order if you need to as well. I think these are great, and hopefully when it's time to have my blood checked again, it will be much improved. I believe I was at an 11. p.s. Amazon.com's price beats Walgreens any day!
